Scenario
The Ilfracombe Academy has had a very mixed bag of results in last years sports teams. Dave Slee, Head of PE at The Academy, has requested a review of the current sports teams and the athletes involved in them. In the review, the expectation is that it will identify ares of strength and areas for improvement for both the teams and the individuals. This information will be used to inform the coaches of the athletes and teams so that they can diversify and specify their programmes to help improve the overall performance.

In order to show Mr. Slee that you are knowledgable about various sports, you must first demonstrate your skills to him. Using a series of video clips, demonstrate that you can perform the following:
