Assessment and Grading Criteria
To achieve a PASS grade the evidence must show that the learner is able to:
P1 - Examine skills, qualities and responsibilities associated with successful leadership of three different outdoor and adventurous activities. P2 - Produce a plan for leading two different outdoor and adventurious activities, with tutor support. P3 - Lead, with tutor support and under supervision, two different outdoor and adventirous activities P4 - Review own proformance in plannnig and leading outdoor adventurous activities, identifying strenghts and areas for improvement. |
To achieve a MERIT grade the evidence must show that, in addition to the pass criteria, the learner is able to:
M1 - Explain the skills, qualities and responsibilities associated with successful leadership of three different outdoor and adventurous activities. M2 - Independently produce a plan for leading two different outdoor and adventurious activities. M3 - Explain own proformance in plannnig and leading outdoor adventurous activities, identifying strenghts and making suggestions for improvement. |
To achieve a DISTINCTION grade the evidence must show that, in addition to the pass and merit
criteria, the learner is able to: D4 - Evaluate own proformance in plannnig and leading outdoor adventurous activities, commenting on own effectiveness, strengths and areas for improvement and development as a leader of outdoor and adventurous activities. |
