Unit Information
In this section you will follow the standard methods for different fitness tests, to assess your own fitness levels. In particular, you will look at the methods for the following tests:

- Sit and reach
- Grip dynamometer
- Multi-stage fitness test
- Forestry step test
- 35m sprint
- Vertical jump
- One minute press-up
- One minute sit-up
- Skinfold testing
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
